btw is there any way to see what players have been designated as keepers so we can get an idea of who will be available before the draft?

Only Yoshi (as league manager) can see all of the keeper picks. Not sure if that changes before the deadline.

It was nice to win something this year after that horrible showing in Fantasy Football. Would have won the pigskin pick'em had I remembered to actually make my picks the last two weeks of the season.

Sure, if you had gotten 12 & 13 right picks both weeks. I did finish 123 overall and was only 9 points off the winner, plus I was up 8 points on ya going into week 16.
