I like talkative Spidey. But there's so much wrong with that clip. He magically appears in the car, magically leaves it. Doesn't climb the wall where he'd easily escape the cops instead runs past them all? Bleh it's just "We don't have to think, it's comic books people will eat this shit up."
The personality is awesome though and that really may be worth it.

His running off when the cops showed up was kinda odd, yeah. But it might have been early in his "career." Maybe he needed to practice his webslinging or something.
And I actually thought it was funny that he magically appeared in the back seat of the car. The only real problem I had with that clip was the lame-looking head scissors takedown Spidey did on the car thief.
