It was just so long from when he is turned into Cap, to when we actually get to see him do some bad ass captain america shit, and not just be a shitty act for the soldiers. The middle part of the movie is just long, boring shit. Plus we get what like 10 minutes of Red Skull as the Red Skull.

I remember years ago after reading the first volume of the Ultimates TPB, I thought that Marvel should make a movie out of it. Years later, not only did Marvel deliver, but did so exceeding my expectations. I am still stunned (and extremely joyous) that this actually met the hype that preceded it.
