Official: Manhunt 2 Gets Dreaded 'AO' Rating

It's not been a good day for Take-Two and Rockstar. Following a ban of Manhunt 2 in the U.K., the publisher has confirmed that the game has indeed been rated adults only for North America. Rockstar has said it was surprised by this and it's "exploring options." An AO rating, however, could be devastating to the game's sales.

Man, not even Sony? Who cares if a game is AO, I think it would get more people to buy it. I guess lots of stores woudn't carry it though.

Ages ago all 3 manufacturers said they wouldn't support AO games on their consoles. There's no surprise here, they'll just have to cut the game till it gets an M rating.
