not in detail, but it fixed various problems that crept into the code between 3.6.4 and 3.6.7

also there are some cool new features/surprises on the horizon

What happened to the bar on the bottom right corner that lets users jump to different parts of the forum? I have to go back to the main page everytime I want to switch.
