23 credit hours, and since he's a music composition major, he spends a LOT more than that in classrooms. The classes are all over the fucking place, too, time-wise and building-wise. I feel bad for him.

He's taking 23 credit hours, that's his own fault. No college I have ever heard of requires anyone to take 23 credit hours.

I took 21 credit hours one semester, including four 5 hour studios, the most challenging networking class our IST school offered, and the worst film class known to man. I didn't bitch or moan to anyone about my schedule, because guess what, I was the one who decided to take those classes. The only bitching I did was when I didn't have enough time to drink and get laid, and even still, I had PLENTY of time to do both of those things. I <3'ed college, and I stand by my statement that anyone who bitches about it is a bitch.

I never took a class before noon again after first semester freshman year, and after second semester, I'm pretty sure I never took class on Fridays ever again either. It can be done. It was awesome and I will miss it.

Those fuckers at my schools always scheduled the high level math courses at 8 in the morning. Year after year I'd get stuck with some early ass math class because that's the only time they offer it.

I put myself through college. I still didn't and don't complain about it. I had to get up at quarter to 7 most days to make the 8 o'clock classes.

I absolutely had those semesters too. I had one where I had no classes Thursday or Friday, and Monday through Wednesday only had classes from 12-5. It was great, but I also had those really shitty semesters to even it out.

I only had class Tuesday and Thursday last semester.

I didn't go to most of the classes I had on Tuesday and Thursday.

I got sun poisoning during finals week (5 in 4 days) and my GPA for the semester dropped from a 3.2 to a 2.8 as a result of trying to study with sun poisoning.

As shitty as a 2.8 is, I'll take it any day of the week if it means not showing up to class.
