Gears of War LE $35.00 @ Toys R US

That's what the price was at my local Toys R Us. I wouldn't know if it's a nationwide thing, but it wouldn't hurt to look.

The weird thing was that the regular edition still cost $59.99.

Stopped and they didn't have any copies of the game, regular or limited edition

the one near McKinley Mall usually has some good stuff. I'm probably going to check the two out here tomorrow. If you have no luck, let me know by tonight. If I see any I'll grab you one.
