Thread: Super Dodge Ball DS

  1. Using the "speed" specials or items helps that a little bit, too!

  2. I just don't feel the love. It's like I'm in a movie theatre watching a comedy, and the rest of the audience gets the joke, and the movie gets the joke even more than the audience, but I don't get the joke at all. Pretty much Wes Anderson's Super Dodgeball.

Wow. They actually translated the names properly. This is the first Kunio game to be released in North America where Kunio is actually Kunio.

Also, the NA version seems to play a little faster than the JP version. I wonder if anything else was changed.

  4. Simply put the game's fun as hell but if you don't have anyone to play against it'll get stale. Which begs the question why they didn't add wifi.

Bvork: They sped the game up for the US release. Good stuff imo.

so this isn't online? LOL retarded.

  6. Even though I've heard people talking about how the US release was sped up, this game FEELS horribly slow for some reason. Not that it's not fun or anything, but the lack of speed is offsetting, that's for sure.

  7. I don't know if I buy that. The Japanese version must be crawling if that's true.

I'm getting kind of played-out on single player (team's at level 16), it's going to sit in a case until multiplayer oppertunities come up.

Agreeing more and more with this.

There's zero reason it shouldn't be online, and it should have been released as a $20 budget title if it wasn't going to be.

It's still a fun game! But there's not a lot of meat at all. Multiplayer is fun, but rounding up that many people with DS's is rare. Online could have really opened this puppy up.

Nevertheless, hoping for a Crash and the Boys Street Challenge update.

The Sidebar has DS night so you can play video games with nerdy punk rockers. I might pick this up and wreck some shit there.

Hey. Did Bangaio come out yet?

  9. I don't think so. I've been wrong.

(You can throw fucking Santa Claus in this. He takes out like four dudes. This is confusing in a desert!)
