Well I'm Hispanic and unless you take care of yourself you will look older than what you really are or you'll look younger. Actually, now that I think about it, I guess that's the same for all people.

My dad and brother both smoked for over 40 and 25 years respectively and are starting to look a little older than their real age. However, my dad is a Senior Olympian and quit smoking years ago, so he's not looking too bad. My brother, on the other hand, is 42 and looks almost 50.
