I was gonna mention something about how the page looked like it was written in 45 second in Frontpage, but then I remembered that all Japanese websites look like that.

I guess this has actually been up for close to a year. The Toaplan site looks more convincing though I can't make out the image and wording of the sidebar. Something about a tradeshow?
