I just closed on a house. I guess I'm officially an adult now.
I'm torn between paying the whole thing off asap, or since I'm only paying 4.5% on the money, reinvesting into my store. It's cheap money to borrow, but just the idea that the bank is going to double it's money on me irritates me. Entirely hypocritical on my part, because that's the goal I aim for. But still.
