and if you learn anything from trig, learn vectors. They aren't going away for a while.
I got a B in my most recent math class and start Calculus in a couple of weeks. Getting back into the swing of things and getting used to school. I'm currently sitting on a decent 3.2 GPA. Given my school history (completely lacking motivation to do ANYTHING outside of class), I'm doing very well for myself right now and that makes me happy.

Just started classes that will put me well on my way to getting a Associates Degree in Applied Science and hopefully will show that I have what it takes to walk the walk that a 'real' cook/chef does.
Pretty excited, the instructor I have for Pro Cooking I has been at the college all of 16 days and is originally from San Diego, so thats good times.
It's not much, but I've been doing a lot of hiking and rock climbing lately (which is already fucking awesome). Tonight I was feeling mentally frustrated so I decided to go for a quick jog, 25 minutes for 2.9 miles and to be honest I coulda gone harder or longer (har har). Which compared to where I was before feels amazing to me, as soon I get an actual programming job, my life is going to be moving to where I want it to be. Knowing that's my biggest hurdle to being happy means I can work that much harder towards it; and that gets me feeling good.
