The official results of the Teva 2012 Summer Mountain Games: Mountain Click Photo Comp are in. There were 3 categories. Performance (catching the action), Vibe (catching the mood, humor, or fun), and Mountain Magic (using creativity of putting s group of photos together or creative manipulation),
I took 1st in Performance and Mountain magic and got 3rd in Vibe. Total winnings comes to $1725. I also sold the copyrights of 2 photos to Mad Rocks Climbing for $100. The event payed for the Canon 7D I purchased for the event and more.
Next up is the Colorado Freeride Festival in Winter Park, CO. No contest I am aware about, but hope to get the photos out there.
