There's a bar around here that used to run classic Simpsons trivia once every few months. Questions were culled from seasons 1-10. I'm only a little embarrassed to say those trivia nights were some of the best nights I've had in the past five years or so. They stopped doing it years ago.

They're doing another one only a couple weeks before I move. I'm pumped. Now it's only a matter of who makes the cut (seven members per team) and what our team name will be. Torn between The Killbot Factory, Krusty Partially Gelatinated Non-Dairy Gum-Based Beverages, and Sex Cauldron.

I was able to drop $20 a month off my cable internet bill and jump my speed from 50 down to 150 down.

Google fiber isn't even in San Diego and Cox is already trying to get out ahead a little. I love it. Imagine when the competition is something I can actually switch to, the savings will be delicious.

We actually talked about that at dinner. TWC bumped me from 20Mb to 100Mb ahead of AT&T and Google coming, but I'm still giddy that the AT&T FO cables are being laid in my neighborhood right now. I can't wait to shit can TWC.
