This is first post on new macbook pro. life is good.

I was all excited about the Macbook Air until I read there was no DVD drive/burner built in. Fuck that. I'm buying a new iMac 24" 4GB in mid-February. I bought a 15" Macbook Pro this past October and I've been COMPLETELY satisfied with it. Except the screen. It's a great screen I just want a bigger one to do work on. I never intended on using the Macbook Pro as my power station. Just to bring around to clients and get work done sporadically while I'm away or want a change of scenery from my studio. Appletalk is supposed to be really awesome at syncing up the two systems like clockwork.

What size is the screen on yours?

I'm thinking about getting one but I'm only going to do it if I can also use a separate display on the desk at home. Pretty standard function so I'd be shocked if it's not available but I've never owned a Mac. All I need is video out right?
