They seem to have gotten the hang of a lot of Metal Slug conventions, that's for sure.

Contra 4's got a heck of a lot more animation frames, but this seems to have better (ctrl-v'd from Metal Slug) explosions.

I really wish this was coming to a console in some form, because I simply can't play hi octane games on handhelds. I'm not being a snob, my fingers just fub up constantly.

Note: Playing Metal Slug Advance on a DS sucks.
Also Note: Heck playing any sort of "fast action" sort of game on any (new)handheld sucks.

Mainly because the buttons are so damn small. Specifically the DS.

True, they were only minor tweaks. Other than that, it's Metal Slug.
