Thread: Favorite drives?

  1. If you want to do the PCH the super duper part is north of SF, but the rest is good, just not quite as scenic and a lot straighter.

I highly recommend driving up the PCH to the outlet of the Russian River. North of that it gets crazy and the scenery is amazing. You're right on a cliff over the ocean, can't even see land on that side of the car.

  2. There's a really nice stretch on I-24 in Tennessee that runs from Monteagle Mountain until you get close to the shit hole that is Chattanooga.

It's got a ton of badass-looking valleys, mountains, hills, lakes, rivers, etc.

I drive through there at least five or six times a year going to to and from home/college.

  3. Oh yeah, there's LOADS of twisty turny drives in the smoky mountains that are fantastic.
    Boo, Hiss.

    I agree.

My fav is the drive back from home to school, late at night with 50s/60s music on.
