Video Conversion help me

got some videos taken from my digital camera. files are 640x480 at 30fps and average 300 megs each. i need to get them at 100 or less but still conserve as much quality as i can. educate me on apps and settings please.

Why do you need them at 100MB for, youtube, some other website, or what?

How long are these clips? I use compressor on OSS, your best bet would be divx, dr. Divx i believe is a free encoder, or you can get or 'get' QuickTime pro and export to h.264

go dr. divx cause its free i believe. Quicktime if you wanted to hit a standard with the mp4.
