That sounds great. Some of the most helpful cooking tips I've found are Gordon Ramsey's 5-minute cooking lessons. Don't worry about "formality", this is Youtube we're talking about. I also like that you will focus on the college/cheapass segment. TV's interpretation of "budget shopping" is buying a whole beef tenderloin instead of individual filets or going out on your own deep-sea boat and catching your mahi instead of buying it.

Question guys...WTF is up with rice right now? Went to three stores and couldn't find anybody with white rice.

There's a shortage of rice in Africa and some parts of Asia. So people in the US are all scared and buying up as much rice as they can for no reason at all. Our rice supply is FINE - but we live in a culture of fear.

Have you made his scrambled eggs? He has a video on youtube and they are the BEST scrambled eggs I have ever eaten. They are a bit on the undercooked/soft side but I don't mind that at all.
