You really can't make a creamy, yellow curdy mass look any better than that. Looks good. I like to add some diced fresh chives to mine too.
Looks pretty good animegirl. I saw that Ramsey video and they his eggs turned out looked real creamy and thats not how I like my eggs. Yours on the other hand look perfect.

Add some shredded cheese on top of your eggs if you like em that way and it looks nice when its all melty.
At work I have to do breakfast orders(which wastes my time and makes me angry sometimes.). I got people eating omlets in the small country city I'm in. I usually make em an nice omelet since its fast, easy and clean to do in a fast pace kitchen. Usually fix em with either country ham, sausage, bacon or cheese to go with home made biscuits, crossants, english muffins. Usually the bicuits come out HUGE with a omelet in the middle. I may see if I can snap a picture of one in the morning if I'm not running around like crazy with orders, trucks, daily items, catering orders and special orders....christ I'm gonna be dead tomorrow.
Made baked brie tonight. Really easy; I just caramelized some onions, added some garlic, basil, and sugar, and after a minute or two of cooking them together, put them on top of brie, with the top rind removed. baked it at 350 for about 15 minutes. Between a friend and myself, we ate the seven ounces of cheese within about ten minutes.
I made some french toast for breakfast this morning; it was awesome.
Here is the recipe I used:
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
splash of vanilla extract
splash of rum extract
2 tablespoons of cinnamon/sugar
bananna cut up
This is enough for three pieces of french toast but I only made two.
Pulled out the old crock pot and made a chicken with veggies dinner tonight. Fucking yum.

Made some fried chicken thighs tonight. I kept the skin on, since I think any health benefits are negated by frying it in vegetable shortening. Delicious.
Late to the party, but I fried up some Guinness Fries and they were tasty as fuck.
FUCK I completely forgot to make them. SHIT!

One of my favorite things about not being able to sleep on a Friday night is being up to go to the farmer's market on Saturday morning. I like to get there just before the opening bell at 8:30.
Here's today's catch:
Cantaloupe that smells better than a freshly showered virgin: $1.50
4.4 oz blueberries: $2.00
Decent amount of beautiful okra: $2.00
1.5-2 lb bag purple beans (like green beans, but purple): $2.00
Three good sized oranges: $.56, which was what I had left in my pocket.
It's easy to spend a lot of money there, because everything looks and smells delicious. I usually just bring what I plan on spending. The only bad part is I have to work until eight the next three nights, so I can't cook for anyone.![]()
