Ok, so I just got a call from my old freelance/internship. they want me to make another site similar to that of this site that I made - http://www.tengopride.com.

This time, its for Verizon and they want to people to enter their information so they have a chance to win prizes via contests. But at the same time, gather all the information and allow Verizon or whoever to retrieve those people's information.

Does anyone know how to do something like this?
