Dracula X is a port, so it's ineligible. Orange Box is better than everything else you listed combined.
It's a remake, with a port included.
Also, that port is a game that never had a domestic release, which would make it eligible I believe.

The best two games released in September were Halo 3 and Guilty Gear XX Accent Core. I only see one of the two listed on the poll so I chose it.

Drac X wins October or something has gone horribly wrong.As usual, straight ports, retro compilations, and retro XBLA, Virtual Console, and PSN titles are ineligible. Exceptions can be made for ports if they have not otherwise been released domestically, and noteworthy remakes.
