cigs: The homebrew community is pretty young, so there isn't much right now. Probably the best thing out there is ScummVM, which is awesome on the Wii. Aside from that there are your normal emulators, region free software, and for the pirates out there you can load downloaded VC games.

Even if you're not a pirate, it's worth noting that several games released in other regions have been hacked to be region free, and some games that aren't on VC at all have been inserted into another game and are playable on the Wii. I have Dracula X and Secret of Mana loaded on mine.
