Suddenly I don't want to give Nintendo any more money.

  2. Saying they don't want to cater to the demands of geeks and otakus makes no sense, as their support of downloadable services containing obscure retro and independent games is already an acknowledgement of that audience.

It's like selling pocket protectors and then saying you don't want any nerds in your store.

It's Europe. Who gives a fuck what they say about anything?

  7. So with the Twilight Hack very abundant now, and being used to install "Homebrew Channel" whats to stop them from finding a way to circumvent allowing a USB flashdrive from being used to save/transfer things or even allowing for over 2 gig SD cards (No real reason other than running ISO's from the card) to run on the Wii? Or have they just not found a way around the Nintendo lock on those yet?

And if you really want to get anal, even the must-haves on current-gen stuff have their very obvious flaws. Yet the hardcore crowd laps it up and begs for more of the same ol song and dance.
I totally forgot two systems on my list too, The GBA and the the king of having nothing but trash the DS. The DS alone proves my point, there is maybe five, maybe five games on the DS not made by nintendo that aren't total crap. If developers don't have to try, they wont.
Also wrestling games really aren't bad at all, if you're into that sorta stuff. And as far as fity cen is concerned horrible bugy games aren't the entire ps2's library save a handful of titles. The DS, wii and GBA can not make that claim.

  9. DS games worth owning, and who really gives a flying fuck who publishes them?-

    Meteos
    Zookeeper
    Phoenix Wright
Feel the Magic and Rub Rabbits
    Picross
    Yoshi Touch & Go
Elite Beat Agents and both Ouendan games
    Trauma Center
    Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
    Chibi Robo: Park Patrol

DS games either on the way or haven't had time for yet-

    Rondo of Swords
    Trauma Center 2
    Space Invaders

There's a lot of good stuff there, you just have to like video games and not be so focused on the negative that you're incapable of enjoying anything to access it.

  10. Three of those are nintendo made. My list pretty much went like this, Castlevania, trauma center, and phoenix wright. And I'm very tired of all of them now. I added two more open slots in case I could remember another title I enjoyed, didn't happen.
you just have to like video games
I love video games, I just don't like puzzle games, and obnoxious mini game collections. Those genre's aren't the problem anyway. It's the dozens, literally dozens of shovel ware games that come out month after month. Any third rate publisher can shovel out shit, and it will sell. Why should they try when they know garbage will sell? There is no quality control at all, and that's a problem.
