Got a PC laptop after a few years on the Mac-bandwagon. When playing NeverWinterNights, I get silver surfers instead of regular textured characters. (see attached picture) Anyone got a clue what the problem is? All my other games seem to work fine.
Should I stick with the Vista graphic drivers (Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family) or are there better drivers around?

Thanks. Forcing "S3TC Texture Compression" solved the problem of the silver surfers. I'm sticking to Vista for the time being, mainly coz of laziness.
