Double grawesome!
Hey hey now.
As an artist, I'm facinated by watching how other artists work. Everyone has their own particular methods, and we all approach a page in different ways.
I've been looking at a lot of various artist's tutorials and step-by-step videos on YouTube, and figured it would be a good thing to post, and see if we can learn something interesting. I'd be interested in maybe posting a few myself, once I figure out how to capture from Sketchbook. To get the ball rolling:

Not a video, but i've always liked this little jpeg
it isn't entirely work safe (if you work with people who hate boobs0
In all honesty, that's a really good tutorial. For a lot of guys who teach themselves to draw by copying other artists instead of drawing from life (lol virgins), that just doesn't occur to 'em. Soccer ball bewbies ahoy! (Hello Mr. Liefield.)
Female artists don't really run into that issue much, strangely. For some reason.
Thanks Yeller! The Jeff Smith stuff is rad.
I've been pretty interested in Ink & Brush stuff lately, it is just a matter of finding a project it is right for. I end up getting busy on stuff for shows or commissions and don't have time to experiment as much as I'd like.
When are you gonna post up some original work? You post so regularly, and I know you are an animator, I'm dying to see some of your stuff.
A video by my favorite webcomic artist:
