Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. When you bought your houses, you probably would have chosen differently, if the would-be neighbor had an awful house that was an eye-sore.
Of course, but what I'm saying is that people here don't need HOAs here to keep their homes clean. Buying a house in PR is a big thing for a lot of people, and most take very good care of theirs. They don't need a committee breathing down their necks to do so.
