The Probe Software Thread

Probe made some good games in their day. I really liked their Alien 3 and The Terminator games.

I liked T2, haven't played the alien games though.

Alien Trilogy on PS1 was a pretty impressive Doom-style(i.e. no looking up or down) FPS for its time. I don't know how well it stands up today.

Their Mortal Kombat ports where great and Die Hard Trilogy is one of the best movie games of all time.

I loved how they would sneak the former head of Probe Entertainment, Fergus McGovern in their games.

Alien 3 on SNES, such a cool game. Running around trying to finish all those missions (and failing to do so a few times) had me staying up all night. I can't say I'm a fan of the company, but the Alien games were fun.

I remember renting Alien 3 for Genesis and liking it a lot. Then I bought the SNES version thinking it must be just as good except with better graphics. It does have better graphics but the Genesis one is definitely more fun.
