Clockwise or Counter-Clockwise?

Yeah I saw it clockwise at first, then I looked back at it and it was suddenly counter-clockwise. Weird.

how the fuck can a vertical axis rotate clock or counter clock wise? I see it spin from left to right.

Clockwise first, when I scrolled down and back up it was going counter, but now it's back to clockwise and seems to be staying that way.
