Space Channel 5 Part 2 is fucking great, on par with Rez even. That game never fails to put me in a good mood. Why wouldn't he? (And Sega's already showing him in screenshots, so yes he's in there, I just don't get why that's a question).
I'd like to see a Japanese language track included, but I doubt it'll happen given how space is fairly valuable on downloadable games.

man, first time in a while that everything out this week on XBLA feels like a winner. Who would've known that Double Fine could make a game play as well as it's written/characterized? I supposed that's what happens when Schafer is too busy calling Kotick a prick and fronting hard on the pretentious kick to fuck up someone else's game.
And Super Meat Boy...floaty uncontrollable maddening physics...but at least the game seems designed around it. Dunno if it'll be more 'Splosion Man (rote memorization of levels to win), or Super Mario Bros (coordination and reflexes matter most). Both games are incredibly fun though.
