I just scrolled up this page and his pic says junction. It was hard, but I figured it out.
1. That picture is on page 259 and we are currently on page 260.
2. Today is November 20th, that picture was taken November 17th. It's not unlikely that his status as number one on whatever leaderboard that is in the picture could have changed.

I had a #1 score in Manhattan Time Trial but someone already beat it.
The funny thing is, TNL's best Pac-Man CE DX player isn't even posting in this thread. D_N_G (whose GT is NecroNomicoN1 and I never remember who the fuck that is on here... like I'm one to talk about handles/tags not matching) is laying down some scores. #2 on the overall leaderboard, holy shit.
