Christmas Nights is also a pretty big omission.
What the game really needs is a remixed mode that does away with the on-foot stuff entirely and just fine-tunes the levels for score/time attack.

Christmas Nights DLC! I'll pay!

The PS2 release had most but not all of the Christmas Nights stuff. Assuming this is a direct port of the PS2 version, it'll be good enough for most people but won't make insane fans like me put away their Saturn copies.
I bought Alan Wake and Spelunky. I beat the story mode of AW and I really enjoyed it. Pretty clever way of reusing assets. I am, at least for now, regretting getting Spelunky. It isn't the outright difficulty. The Bubble Bobble ghost ruins it for me. I was hoping to at least be able take my time. I will try again but I am not looking forward to it ;(

I just had my run in with the Bubble Bobble ghost last night in a dark cave and was like FUCK YOU GHOST, I'M OUT!
I like it a lot, even though it makes no concessions for mistakes. Randomly generated levels make you second guess your jumps, while the threat of the ghost makes you not sit in any one place for too long. I haven't made it out of the mines, but I'm having a good time.
