Victory Run - Heard it's like Out Run.

I guess it was more of an inquiry into the titles. Not the
fact what I paid.

Those are common finds by TG16/PCE standards.

I don't think Deep Blue is that bad but it's nothing special.

Victory Run lacked some of Out Run's personality but it was one of the better home racers at the time. Pre-scaling console racers haven't aged the best, though.

Dragon Spirit doesn't rank among the system's best shooters but it's still worth playing.

Dragon Spirit is worth playing for the soundtrack alone.

Deep Blue's not a great game, but the style is pretty cool.

I don't think I did one. Most of their games suck although they did come from various developers. They published a few good games. Magical Pop'n for the Super Famicom is a platformer well worth checking out.

Completely not about the games you bought, but I really like Final Lap Twin. Try and find that one. Way better than Racing Lagoon.
