That's a sebaceous cyst. If you keep at it a couple of hours, you can get all that crap out of there and the sac that holds the fluid will come out at the end. It'll leave a little depression for a bit, but it'll normalize after a while.

A really effective way of removing cysts, I've found, is to place a hot compress on them for 5-10 minutes. It takes some time, but the cyst will recede quicker than normal.

I don't get them very often. When I do, they aren't severe in the slightest. I don't know what your cysts are like, so, I can't guarantee that this will be the definitive method for ridding them.
