I've had shit on my back before like that. I squeezed and squeezed and finally it made this "POP" for reals and a big white thing the size of a pea came out. It bled for a quite a while, as well. Grossed me right out.

That happened to me once when I was... about 13. It was on the back of my arm, and it started as a normal bump that kept getting larger. Then I would try to pop it like a zit but then it stopped and I could see a white buildup within the fairly large hole that had formed. After a while I took a very small screw driver and poked at it thinking it was a pocket of infectious build up, but it was firm. It stay that way for some time. Then one day I got out of the shower and checked out it, got out the small screwdriver, got under it and popped it out. It was a perfectly white, very hard ball a little smaller than a pea. I still have a small scar on the back of my arm from it.

My father once had one of those monster cysts on his back and it put him out of commission for over a week. He had to keep constant heat and bandages on it to keep the swelling down, and the infection would leak through both the bandage and his shirts. It looked to be about an inch in diamater and it was pure white--massive hunks would come out when messed with, and apparently it was incredibly painful. My mother, being one of the people I described above, was even grossed out by it.
