My dad is hard to shop for, but he goes to lots of movies. I know I can always get him movie gift certificates, and he'll make good use of them. Also, stamps. Pretty boring, but practical. And gardening stuff.

My parents are always really hard to shop for, I always think I get my mom something she'll like but she never seems to enjoy it. My brother is easy. My father never wants anything that I can afford so I never get him anything great.

I'm getting one of my sisters, "Pootie Tang," and the other, maybe an iTunes gift card. After I get back to NY/CT, the three of us will have to put our heads together on what to get our mother. She's a HSN junkie who sometimes has money to burn and a fiance who can buy her whatever she wants, so...our minds will be hard at work. For our dad, probably clothes? Cards, shared company and maybe a little extra (no idea yet) for the rest of my friends.

I laughed for a second, then I considered that you might be serious, and my joy was swallowed up like so many Egyptians in the Red Sea.
