Also: it is a collection of bad games. They sure didn't make the bullets that easy to see, which makes dodging them spotty, which is not good in a shmup. Not as bad as Otomedius Awful, but it's up there.

This collection bugs me because it's region locked, my TATE-area 360 is a Japanese one, and of course the Japanese copy runs $100+. I could deal with that at some point, but I worry about how these ports handle the vast refresh rate difference (the arcade versions run at a fucking weird 55hz) and I suspect that even with emulation inaccuracies MAME will be more accurate due to display/timing options (especially once gsync hits). Annoyingly this game once had a demo on the marketplace but it has totally vanished (both US and JP).

I should just pick up the US copy to have it and use MAME I guess.

I've never played the arcade machine, so I can't really speak to accuracy, but Aces is the best official emulation I have ever seen. Pretty much every option you could want is in there. That being said, fuck $100 for the Japanese version.
