Just came back from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and I am not sure I like it. There are parts of it that is extremely well done, but also many scenes just kinda drag (or felt unnecessary). The whole 60s Hollywood was beautifully recreated and I felt like I was there. I like Leonardo's character, but Pitt felt like a 60s version of Lt. Raine from IB. I need to let it sink in a bit and watch it again to form a better opinion. It is definitely one of his most self-indulgent movies so be warned.

The movie was fucking boring trash. No surprises. I knew Tate would live. It was shot extremely well though, just nothing going on inside the beautiful pictures. This is worse that Jackie Brown and Death Proof.

I do spoilers for movies that deserve it. This movie doesn't deserve that treatment. If you didn't see QT revising the Mason murders, you're a complete retard. Jackie Brown was garbage, Death Proof is trash and this is right up there with those 2 piles of shit. What is the plot of this movie? the death of the 60's? Yawn.....
