I can see liking Alien more than Aliens... but Alien 3?

Alien 3 could have been a great movie if the studio hadn't mucked it up so fucking badly. Yeller, be sure to watch the commentary and all the documentaries on the Alien 3 disc, it does a great job of talking about how much the suits made a disaster out of what could have been a cool movie.

I have no problem with him not liking Aliens as much as Alien. Its that he judged them both from the perspective of mindless action movie, and just calling what Aliens had "boring". brought up my criticism

I wish Aliens was in HD. fucking lazy ass Fox.

Clash is taking the piss out of all of us. Alien 3 over Aliens? Michael Bien not 100% awesome? IDBanyofTN.

I watched My Summer of Love. I really liked how the movie mocked Christianity pretty much non-stop. Ending: Kinda wish she'd held the girl underwater for a just a smidge longer.

I never said Alien was an action movie.

I did say Aliens is a boring action movie. Nothing happens for the first hour and a half. But I am watching it again, so I don't have to rely on what I remember.

Yeah, I had the "Alien 3" Quad. disc before any of the others (i tried to buy a bootleg of the "workprint" YEARS ago, needless to say I was excited to see it get a proper release). I like the movie a lot, but man, what a fuck-up.

If the Golic scenes could be placed in the theatrical version, I'd be pretty happy all-around. The CG ad-ins and the 'ox-burster' are bullshit.
