    Watching it now, this is so weird. What is going on?

    How do they not strangle this fat piece of shit? Unless he is somehow miraculously innocent over the next 30 minutes.

    Yeah, you think it's all wrapped up, and it's pretty fucked up already, and then it gets worse. Man.

  4. That was very sad. Those poor parents. You pop out a couple kids, think you have a family, and this is what you're left with. Why was the dad so adamant about not cleaning the house? Is sponging up blood stains... nevermind, as I'm typing this I'm kind of understanding. Blood stains, yes, but it was something of the daughter now forever lost...

    I found it incredibly creepy the way in which he spoke when he was lying. All stutters and stop and go and trip over words. But when things were finally brought to the light? He spoke crisp and clear, smooth as silk.

    The movie kind of tricks you by delaying the presentation of the proof of his real intentions. I guess Kastner felt he needed a twist, or hook and it certainly worked. But the "revelation" was known by everyone involved the whole time even if Mason wouldnt admit it. You could tell the denial just ate away at Brian until he was little more than a husk of a man.

  8. The Avengers (Joss Whedon)

    Finally got to see this. It was pretty fun. I thought the beginning was a bit slow when it was re-introducing all the characters, but it really picked up after that. I didn't watch Captain America: The First Avenger because I had a hard time accepting Chris Evans as another superhero after seeing him as Human Torch for two movies. However, he played the role well and made me forget about the Fantastic Four movies.

    Hulk was my favorite of the bunch. He had some of the more funny moments and his action scenes were awesome. Mark Ruffalo was a great Bruce Banner, better than both Eric Bana and Edward Norton. He came off as intelligent, but not nerdy like Bana's portrayal, and unassuming, which was a better contrast to the Hulk than the way Norton played him. It made me want to go back and watch the other Hulk movies...

    Hulk (Ang Lee)

    This movie was a little goofier than when I first watched it. Some of the dialogue and scenes were awkward, even for a comic book movie. Despite the CG being panned, it never took me out of the movie. I still think the action scenes were good, and there were more of them than I remembered. I really like the fight between Hulk and the gamma dogs. And I liked that the angrier he got, the bigger and stronger he got.

    The Incredible Hulk (Louis Leterrier)

    I know this was considered a reboot, but if you watch it after the Ang Lee one, it pretty much picks off where that one left off, with Bruce hiding away in Central America. When I first watched this one, I thought it was a lot better than the Ang Lee version. However, watching it again, I'm not so sure. The pacing and CG work of this one is better. However, I didn't think the action scenes were as good, and there were fewer of them. The final fight between Hulk and Abomination was pretty cool, though. It was nice to see a superhero movie go all out in the end with two powerhouses slugging it out.

    Also: The only people who consider The Incredible Hulk to be a reboot obviously never watched The Incredible Hulk.
