    I found out today that it's possible to be both underwhelmed AND overwhelmed by a movie at the same time.

    I mean to fix it, buying Kubrick movies a la carte instead of in box sets is probably the only reason I didn't see it before 2000.

    I haven't seen any Kubrick movies other than FMJ, which is a masterpiece. I need to fix this.

    Reading this and having an idea of how many times you've rewatched the same 80s action movies or a certain cartoon movie makes me sad.

    Nope, but all of his other efforts have either been one or the other. Never both at the same time.
