The Last Girls. If this had been a hard R, it would've been better. It also would have been better if they actually wrote a third act instead of some scribbles on a napkin.
Boo, Hiss.
Relationship comedies have been doing a better job at appealing to more than just chicks in recent years. You're the Worst, Married, Crazy Ex Girlfriend, and Unreal are all good shows. And the wife and I just started Him & Her. The first three episodes are pretty damn funny.

Just watched X-Men Apocalypse. There's absolutely nothing overly wrong with this one. The ending w the actual Xmen in the danger room like from the cartoon was actually really amazing.
I read a few negative reviews and the common theme was complaining about the scale of the carnage. I realize that's transient argument du jour in superhero movies but it's dumb. This is why opinion is the lowest form of knowledge. Nobody is having any fun with a low key APOCALYPSE movie. One complained Jubilee wasn't featured like she wasn't a tertiary character until the late 90s. We JUST HAD a simple Deadpool movie in this universe too. I don't want XMen-fight-to-save-local-community-centre bullshit. I don't think these ppl complaining would like it either.
Only complaint was it was really quick in pacing. That seems accurate and it isn't frivolous. The only one who had a moment to chew the scenery was Magneto and the drama wasn't terrific. But there was a lot of conclusion here from the trilogy that felt great–the xmen are finally what we wanted them to be on screen. A group of special op kids dealing with their abnormalities. I wish it didn't take 9 movies to get here but oh well.
Quicksilver stole the show again.

Silence of the Lambs takes place in Baltimore??
Is it really a fun town with the right guide? What did he mean by that?
