for virtual memory, or how much your pc using HDD s[ace as make believe ram. i mentioned it cause you seem like you want to eek out a bit of performance.

in XP it's in
system----->advanced----->performance------->advanced-------->virtual memory. not sure off hand where it is in Vista since i'm at work.

If it doesn't have microfiber magnetic flux tube and Time Correct technology, it's not a good enough defragmenter for Opaque.

OK seriously your best bet is to defragment your drive on another system, either internally or in an external enclosure. The defrag process works better if the drive you're defragging isn't your boot drive.
