One of my chefs got a new laptop and he asked me to set it up. I set it up and changed his region and keyboard to Mexico/Spanish. I renamed his programs to be more understandable for him a well. Aside from that is there any way to change the names within the start menu? I don't see what benefit changing the region on the computer is if all it changes is the letters you type. Is there a windows spanish?

Yeah, Windows is shitty. You have to buy the different region to be able to have the OS in that language.
Mac OS is much better in that aspect.
