I've really cut down on soda all together...I typically drink water and coffee now. I just use regular sugar in my coffee, sweeteners just seem so unnatural to me.
Has there ever been any testing done, not sponsored by the maker OR the psycho anti-chemical people that shows any of this is actually dangerous?
I know some people have issuses with aspertame, my mom does for example, but how is it any different from a simple food allergy?
Isn't someone here a chemist who works in the food industry? Or is that another site I am thinking of..

I doubt you will have any significant health effects from drinking diet coke. Don't be a wimp.

Doc H: Englishmen drink tea... Denmark was occupied, shortly after Hitler cut off the south-american coffee traderoutes. Without coffee, we had no willpower and lost all hope. That's how addicted we are.
Gohron: I got this odd feeling about sweeteners. My diet-coke addiction was not normal.
Wildcat: There are plenty of websites warning against aspartame... Also a few tinfoil-hat genre movies on youtube. I believe...
