You guys are taking this Dead Rising thing the completely wrong way. It's not like the original team is using their time on that instead of DR2 and I'm sure those of us who ever use our cellphones as distractions will enjoy having a mindless DR game on it.
As for FFIV, well that's just fucking stupid.
