I wouldn't be opposed to zero tolerance laws pertaining to drunk driving like they have in Japan
That way there's no leeway in the law. If you drink anything at all you can't drive. Right now having a set blood alcohol that if you are over makes it illegal makes it too difficult to judge if you are legal or not

I have a gophone right now. Its pretty much a no fucks phone. It can go like two weeks without a charge and I can throw it at hard things and it still works.

Alcohol and drugs, in very specific moderation, are consumables that are often good for the body in physical and mental ways. Guns are objects.
Yes, abuse of any of those (and many other things) can lead to needless deaths, but there's not even remotely a hint of a 1-to-1 comparison.
If counties wanted to make liquor licenses conditional on installing and maintaining such machines, they really should.
