This is a really wild story.
It's a long read, so here's the intro:

This was pretty incredible and I wait to see what happens with the trial.

I live near a bunch of bars. I see drunk drivers every weekend. These people come in from out of town, get sloshed, puke on my sidewalk, and drive away, it's reckless and I hope every one of them gets caught. I spend a lot of money to live within walking distance of these places. No excuses. If we get in a car, no drinks at all.

The problem I have with the current regime is the shitty uncalibrated and easily gamed breathalyzer machines the cops use. And that 0.08 limit really is completely arbitrary.
