How do you train people to be calm after a gun fight? Unless you're psychotic or have some other type of mental disorder, it's pretty natural to be freaked out after something like that. The fact that the cop didn't drop to the ground in the fetal position while crying and pissing himself is a pretty good indicator that he did a fairly good job composing himself.

My take on it is he's probably guilty of both sets of murders but it's tough when jailhouse testifiers recant and the FBI admits an error. I don't really think a DNA test result for the hair will change anything. Of course, whether he's guilty or innocent, I think the death penalty is wrong.
