So she got the credit, knew she wasn't allowed to have it, bought a bunch of shit and now is refusing to pay for it?

That reminded me of a case I advised my boss to turn away where this guy got a credit card, maxed it out, and then refused to pay. The credit card company filed a law suit against him but not within the period of the statute of limitations, so the guy basically got free money. Having gotten away with it once, he figured he can keep doing it, so he tried the same stunt again with a different credit card company. This time, however, he was hit with a law suit within the period of the statute of limitations. Not only that, but because he never answered the complaint, he was in default. He came to us to get the default lifted, and even though we could have, given the facts, he was such a shady character that we probably wouldn't even get paid if we took the case.

I guess that explains why he was such a good fit for the part. Who uses a shoe?
